Info On Old Fleetcraft Boat

I'm looking for info on an old Fleetcraft wood boat. The boat is a 14' cockpit type hull with mahg. deck and painted hull which consit of 1"strips of unknown species. Outboard. The name tag says Fleetcraft Corp. Phil. Penn. My guess would be it's a late 409s or eraly 50s. Does anyone know anything about this company? How long were they open? Is there any Fleetcraft clulbs around ?? Any old timers that maybe could idendify the year and model?? I would be happy for any and all info I can find about these boats.
