Serious question about "Save the BFT" (Charter guys-little help here)?

Before I step on someone's feet (not my intention). Must you as a sponsor of this organization/site agree to not take any BFT's???? Are you saying your strictly catch and release or tag.

There is not enough information to get a clear picture of the organization. I see "I was a commercial, then rec. guy....."
