I'm helping a friend winterize his place in Bethany, DE this weekend. If I can slip away for a few hours, is it worth freezing my juevos off to hit the beach on Saturday morning?
I ask b/c I have never fished this late in the year before.

I say fish when ya can. I'd give it a go. I'm still fishing up here.
Try Indian River Inlet with some bucktails.
Theyre still there.

Or try fishing off the rocks where the Coast Guard staton is. I'd give it a go, there still here in Cape May so I'd imagine that there too.
Did you know the Delaware state record was caught there. I know over on that side they don't use clams but I would bring some they work. While your clams soaking I'd try using a needlefish plug or a flem eel on a bucktail or leadhead. Good luck hopefully its nice out.
