I'm pissed at myself for not getting more of them. I only got 4s and 5s. The 7s were gone by the time I found out about it.

Now that I got an order and saw how nice they are, I should have ordered them all (seriously, hundreds) and given them out to friends.

In hindsight, had I known in the beginning, I really would have bought a thousand of them, and figured out how to recoup the $2K later.

I hear ya! I've got another cartload waiting for the submit button. It's stuff I "kind of want for the price", not stuff I "have to have for that price!", so I'm taking my time on this one.

Still kicking myself for not ordering many more of the jigs.

I agree, I got my order on Saturday and they're really nice jigs and come with a wire connect double hooks. The hook alone are more than 1.99...wish I bought a hundred of them

No, I'm really done now. Unless they add more jigs.

There's no question though that this site is added to my list of "site's that I need to check once a week" though.

The sad part about this site.......we are all gloating on the deals, while yet another tackle shop has gone under!! I guess I look at the glass half empty on this one.

When these sites are loaded with popular inventory, its not a good thing for our industry.

With that said, I did order a couple items I have not seen in years. So I am not saying your wrong for buying. Just had to add my 2 cents.

And again, be careful with the braided lines. ( its not a great deal if it does not work).

Thank you jersey tackle for all your input and advise. Sorry to hear about the other tackle shop, but business is business and competition is competition. I own a landscaping company and understand how certain things can be upsetting. The "local" tackle shop is always there for questions, reports, troubleshooting and its clients should be loyal to them like they are to us...BUT if you could buy the same product for a tenth of the price I'd hope you would....as far as product with risk and possible failure like lines, reels, rods, umbrella rigs, to me its not worth the risk...I've bought freshwater lures before and they didn't run "true", to me it belongs in the garbage.

Dont take me the wrong way ......I admitted that I purchased a few items for personal use. ( Yozuri Bleeding Minnows. They work great on striped bass and fluke from the surf as a teaser) .

You guys know I like to say whats on my mind, before I think it out.

Nothing wrong with saving money at all. I really wanted to warn you about the braided lines that are circulating for several years now, thanks to these discount sites. Without them, the problem would be a dead issue. Seems when something should be thrown away, these sites buy it and sell it anyway. ( not all of the items, but some of them for sure).

I'm a sucker for the small guy, and don't like these corporate giants that are destroying our country by taking away all of the things that brought us to this point. That's what my comment was about. Nothing about competition or paying sponsors or that type of thing. To be honest, they have a higher margin at $1.99 than I do at the regular price. They can sell it for 50 cents and triple their money.

I bought some items too, so in no way am I saying its wrong. Just hate to see the small tackle shop go out and here we are hoping to see more of it next week. Did not mean to offend anyone.
