If you want to camp I spent last weekend in Allair St Park. They have Cabins, Premaid Tents (Yurts) on Platforms or just campsites. Its in the middle of it all up there.

Probably will only be a day trip, cause of the little guy. Allaire is nice though, have Mtn. biked up there.

Spoke to the guy at Jersey Paddler in Brick yesterday and they will be helping us as well with stuff for the tournament. There will also be tournament books with registration forms and a poster there as well. I am heading up there today.

Captain's meeting is a week away. Should be lots of goodies for the kayak guys at the meeting. Plus food, beer, and other prizes. Hope to see you guys there, I will working the mystery cooler/grill so stop by and say hi.

Just signed up. This will be my first fishing tourney ever so I am very excited. Haven't fished out of my yak in more than a month. I have been working the surf pretty good so I will have to get back in the yak and do some pre tourney "research" .

Captain's Meeting is tonight at 7:30pm, doors open at 6pm. You do not need to make the meeting to register, you can pay online with a credit card on our website. If you can make it down stop by the Mystery Grill Raffle and say hi.

After some discussion at our meeting about prize money we came up with this conclusion. Based on the rules we had, if we have 10 or less anglers in the kayak division then it would be one 1st place prize. But in an effort to grow the kayak division we decided to give all the money collected from the kayak division and give it back out in prize money along with other prizes, so 1st place is $125, second place is $75 and third $50 plus prizes. This way we hope everyone will come back next year and make it even better.
