Oyster bay Tackle good place to start. OC INlet fish from bridge..

Morning Star Great head boat. no crowds. great capt. not cheap

Delaware beaches, DE Bay mouth, and Indian River Inlet short drive north (Good head boats in Lewes and INI).

Pretty much what he said. Sunset Marina has some nice charters, not sure about your interest or availability.

I like IRI better than OC Inlet for fishing and its just a short ride north as stated. Check out hook em and cook em right at IRI they'll point you in the right direction. If strictly fishing from land try there and even up at Cape Henlopen Pier or the surf should have something and you can hit that anywhere from Lewes to OCMD.

Ive been on the Cape Henlopen Pier at night and witnessed striper/blue/trout blitz!! They are attracted to the bait thats attracted to the lights.. Catch em with soft platics on jighead. Keep a topwater plug handy..
