Not guilty. There is a difference. Has he ever used steroids or HGH ? Does the spanish weather lady have big boobs? Look at him in 86' against the Mets and look at him in 2000 against the Mets ( world series ). Big difference in size and body. Just like Maguire, Sosa. He was juiced, he cheated.

Best way to beat this administration is to take em to court, They are 0 for 3.5 years. They should hire Big Chris as the AG. His record when he lead NJ prosecutors was stellar. He wasn't prosecuted for steroids, it was for lying to congress. Maybe they figured everyone in congress is a liar, they should be able to tell the difference.

I'm a Yankees guy, but not a RC fan. To me the bigger question is why is the government wasting time & taxpayer money on this crap Actually, I understand why. It is a dodge & distraction. Keep the masses focused on garbage, while they consolidate power and ignore doing anything worthwhile.

I love how outraged Congress gets when someone lies to them. They've been lying to us for years. I guess the lies can only flow down off the Hill.

    Total waste of taxpayers money.

I disagree. Lying under oath, should carry a stiff penalty. Without it we would not have a effective justice system. There are laws against lying to federal investigators. And for the record, it was the comissioner of baseball who asked congress to look into the use of steroids and hgh. Do you swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth ? Some did . Some didn't. Some got thier ass dragged off to court for lying. And some got away with it. Barry and Roger..Liers and cheaters.

It is very difficult to prove perjury which is why perjury charges are rarely pursued. The only proof the government had in this case was testimony from an admitted liar who claimed he saved old needles in a beer can for decades. Spending millions prosecuting a case based on that "evidence" is an absolute abomination.
