Bluefish at night
Do u guys have more success at night with bluefish or in daylight

Completely dependent on where you're fishing.

Like he said, depends where your fishing and the tide. I think night is better for bluefish personally but I'm sure everybody has a different opinion on this.

Night bluefishing used to be a big thing years ago.

Its true we used to fish on the Capt Cramer out of stone harbor quite a few years back at nite. But my experience with blues from the beach has been
a decline in the bite after dark. This does not mean they can't be caught near
the lights on bridges that's just not my choice. But there are lots of fishes to be caught after dark. So just go fishing. GOOD LUCK.

My opinion is the bite slows (but doesnt completely shut off) in the surf at night, but once its dark, head to the back...find the lights and you will find the bluefish
