wow above trenton... that should narrow it down for ya wolf hahaha... its like callin an exterminator but not telling them where your having the problem.... pl complain about those species, wishing they would go away, while im sure other such as myself are actually trying to catch these fish to add to my list.

all fisherman hate giving up their spots to other fisherman i sometimes wish that the snakeheads will invade some pls "favorite secret spot" and do more damage to that spot then other fishermen will.

wolf i am looking for some snakeheads too. only fished the deleware total three times last four mondays with my buddy. first time to dingmans and down river not so good for smallies past two time up river from dingmans and we did well. i honestly dont know the spots because we just drive along the river and find pull offs i dont even know the towns im in. but have had nothing but smallies. well my buddy lost one musky and saw another but that was it. i dont really know any tributaries that flow off or into the delaware i think thats where the snake heads like. i think they like the slower moving water like pooled up almost to a pond. anyway i will be on the search for them on the days i am not wreck fishing at the shore. will post any reports if i come tight on any..

Last week, received a report from a fly fisherman who caught a 16" snakehead @ the Calhoun St. Bridge, Trenton. He saw several others & was going back to try for them.

That's the farthest north I've heard of one being caught.

was fishing at a lake that connects to the DE river in Camden County area. Tons of Snakehead action.. missed many that hit my lure. My brother almost hooked onto two.. but didn't get a good hookset.

Saw many spawning activities, with good amount of fries (4 at this lake).

Fished at a 2nd location where the water were clearer and saw two large ones with a HUGE school baby fries. The water was pretty clear so they saw me casting at them and didn't even bite. So smart!

    These are beautiful fishes...
