However, generally speaking, I have caught mahi on everything from a piece of chunk bait on a bare hook to a beautifully presented ballyhoo / sqirt combination. In my opinion they will eat anything you put in front of them once you find em.

what you failed to mention that 1 of these 5 guys has been nicknamed Lou Ferrigno since he was 21 yrs old and has the strength of 10 men. I once saw him knock a guy out at a bar in Aston and it looked like the Dee-bo scene from "Friday".
