    Question

Can anyone recommend a good fishfinder in the $300-$400 range. I'm not too concerned about color or actually detecting fish. I would like something that can accurately identify the bottom type and pick up structure.

Any comments on the Raymarine DS400.

    Thanks

Excellent unit, but the screen is small. My Dad has one. Go to at least the 500 if you can afford it.

I am always amazed what Hummingbird has at that price and even less.
