I found that vacume sealers keep them pretty good.I put 3 or 4 in a pack then seal them up...I chunk the Tuckahoe river with them...CHUNKING THEM WORKS WELL!!!
EVEN FISH STAY OUT OF TROUBLE IF THEY JUST KEEP THEIR MOUTHS SHUT!!

If you are in the right spot and it sounds like you are you can simply scoop them out with a net. Otherwise a cast net, sabiki rig or floating a little piece of bloodworm on a small hook. I think the limit is 35, 20 bucks a fish after that.
Once you get them, chunk them and cast with a sinker or the preferred is to float them with a bobber or balloon.

    paz,
I bag them in ziplocks and suck the air out myself. As long as you don't mind alittle fish slime in you mouth it works good. You can also put them in ziplocks and dip bag in bucket of water to the top and it forces air out and you zip it. Give me a ring.

A good way to suck the air out of a Zip-Lock bag is to hold it under water when you zip it closed. Fill the sink up with water and hold the bag under - all the way up to the zipper. The water pressure will push all the air out the top of the bag.

Put some kosher salt on them, individually wrap them in saran wrap, then aluminum foil, then in the vacuum wrap. If they are small enough don't chunk them, just put the whole fish on the hook. HAPPY DAYS.
