Well, We headed out again on Sun hoping to hook into some bigger fish and hopefully more quantity but it never happened. We drifted eels again ALL over the middle bay with not even a hit or runoff. Im thinking last weekend may have just been a little luck drifting eels this early. We got out on the water around 9:00 and fished through the tide change into the afternoon around 2. It sure did make for a long day, but my brother doing his Shaw Grigsby and the guy from Addictive fishing imitations lightened up the day. We did mark lots of bait and fish on the finder but nothing. Lots of boats out there too but didn't see anyone catch anything. Was anyone else out there around Brown Shoal catching? On the brite side I did here lots of chatter on the radio about some nice flounder being caught. I also heard that some big weakies and some black drum had been netted so atleast we know they are starting to show.
