cover of dec sport fishing mag?

i got the december issue of sport fishing and on the cover it shows a picture of the new penn reel that is similar to van staal and other high end reels. i looked through the new tackle section and all through the issue but i cant find a write-up about it. am i missing it? i thought it was strange to put a picture on the front of the mag but not have any info about it?

I think that's the new Torque they talk about in the drag article.

I talked to one of the guys Penn is using for the research part of their R&D, and he said that they need to make some changes. I had asked him about a ZeeBaas and he said, "Just wait a little, Penns' making some adjustments...." Sounds promissing.
With the one thats out now, I'm not sure If I should fish with it or bring it to a race track.
