Default Limited out this morning

Fished with a couple of friends today out of Manasquan. We saw the Gambler and other party boats north and quickly found the fish just off the beach. Limited in a few hours, Biggest fish was 31 lbs. We caught over a dozen and some blues mixed in. I called any barners in the area to come in as we left them biting but noone answered!

Conditions were a little sporty- 3-5 with a couple tops being blown off waves. It blew fairly consistent out of the north at 15-20 knots. Weather was great though

Default ?

Were you jigging metal, soft lures or top water lures. I know it sounds like I'm asking you to do everthing but put them in the boat for me but only going to get about an hour of fishing in.

Default Short trip

Got out there around 3:30pm. Picked up 1st bass in 15 min and dropped my net in the water trying to get him in. Short 25". hooked up 3 more only got 1 more in the boat the other 2 got off while lifting out of the water. They were'nt big enough to take a chance with a gaff. Might have been 28" to close to call. All on jigged metal with teaser. You were on the money with your sea counditions report. Solid 3 to 5 (some 6) quite a few curling at the top and a 15-20 k wind. only able to do 10 k heading into them. Thanks again for the report

Capt. rick what channel did you call on? I was out there but didn't hear anything. I was at the rocks , bunch of shorts and some slammer blues on metal with green tube. Craig
