Default 4-3 report

Went south of #1 with many others. didnt get on the hook until 10.30 which was too late for the good bite. landed 2 keepers .once it turned snotty about 1.00pm and most pulled anchor we went in close to flat water. 17 more shorts. all on clam.10 ft of water.
had a real nice gentleman anchor within 40 ft of my starboard side.
asked him politley to move then the f-bombs were fired back.
some people are just plain ignorant.
boat ran great for the first trip out

Good report but is sucks that people are just plain @$$ holes, ask them nicely because they toooooo close to you and the idiot gets all bent out of shape. The whole damn bay and they need to anchor right next to you. You need to hire a scuba diver with a submersible drill for the next time you go out LOL It seems that the bite has slowed down a little- hopefully it will pick up again.

Thanks for the report. I agree nothing is more frustrating then having someone in your pocket. Or you catch a fish and someone comes right over. Went to 1 and boats all over the place and I still gave others room. I quess they never had a large bass take off.40 ft maybe he wanted to help net it for you.

Thats great you got out Chris. Thanks for the invite, But I got alot dun to the boat.

( Anchor to close )
Some people just don't realize for some reason that it can be very dangerous if the wind picks up and one boat shifts faster then the other, Then your bumping Gunwales !

Sorry Chris...I was saying SHUCK Them to you....meaning the clams.

I never got back to you in email. I was on someone else's boat and we fished way south of you. We did not do anything but we could not get the boat to swing once it got windy with it against the tide. We started late and called it early. It was the first day the boat was in the water so it was more of a test run than anything. Oh btw nice job on the keepers.

Default 4/3/10 South of # 1

Fished three spots before we found the birds, once we got under them the rods started bending. The fish came alive with this warmer water. We dropped the hook and 2 fish every 10 min for 2 and a half hours it was awesome. All in all 4 keepers 3 at 30" and one football at 35" the rest wanted to be in the cooler but shrunk when they hit the tape all about 27 and a half. Its been a great year so far gentleman and i cant wait to get out again this weekend!!!
