I do not think it was you. I worked real hard today, with nothing to show for it until I hit my 6th spot. I started at the beginning of the outgoing and did not get my 2 keepers until end of the outgoing, beginning of the incoming. Keep at it Captain.

I was behind Wildwood. 2 keepers all day, 31" & 34". One at the end of the outgoing, the other at the beginning of the incoming. Both in creeks that narrowed before they entered into the ICW.

The water has been filthy for the past few days, lots of run off and full moon tides w nasty current. Bass haven't been touching plugs since last wkend. It'll turn around after this mini blow tommorow. The weekend into early next week looks outstanding.

Default Feel your pain

I fell your pain had my 1st skunk of the season Mon. Ran out of the Manasquan up north here figuring that NE blow was going to work for me. It did not. Was the only boat out between Mantaloking and Spring Lake. Checked the boards later in the day only to find that Party boat The Fisherman wailed them about 12 miles north of me. Its Thur. and it still hurts
