Guys,
Looking to head out of OC towards SI lump and then try and find a clam boat. Water temps seem to have warmed up.

Good Luck

I tried to get a report the last two days and struck out. I guess with my last trip the first bass skunk of the year, I tried to cheat a little.

Even with the decent sea conditions I didnt go out. I know some people must have tried today. Im keeping her in for a while longer, but unfortunately gotta work all weekend. Thinking of wreck / striper fishing on tuesday.

Good luck and please post a report. Oh try trolling an umbrella rig real slow at the SI lump. It closely imitates the sand eels and should be the ticket.

Well Capt NOAA was a little off with the 2-3 more like 3-5. We went down the beach to corsons only to see a clam boat. I thought it was going to be a great morning drifting some clams but NADA. So I went on the hook and chunked and NADA. Then moved off to the lump and same old thing NADA. The weather was warm and the fish are all in the rips.
