Recipe:

Basil crusted Striper with sun dried tomatoes. 

Coat fillets with extra virgin
olive oil.Season both sides of fish. Coat entire fish with dried Basil flakes
and place in baking dish. Cover top of fish with sun dried tomatoes(the ones
packed in oil) and bake in 350 oven till fish is flaky.
