Baked Weakfish

This is so simple, even you guys can do it!

Weakfish--cleaned and cut into strips
Pork Shake 'N' Bake

Rinse fish strips, coat with Pork flavored Shake 'N' Bake; place on a cookie
sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 350F.  Serve with Cocktail Sauce, Tartar Sauce,
or just plain.
