Recipe:

FLOUNDER KRAYFISH:
6 flounder filets,1 cup flour,3 eggs,1/4cup heavy cream[or
milk],1/2cup chopped pistachio nuts[coarse],1 cup corn flake crumbs or[bread
crumbs],1/2 in. oil in frying pan,cocktail or tartar sauce...dredge the filets
in the flour.put on a platter and refrigerate for 1/2 hr.[until sticky].beat the
eggs with the heavy cream or milk.dip filets in egg mixture ...pistachio
nuts...and corn flakes on each side.set on platter.heat oil in frying pan on
med.to high.cook filets for 2 min.on each side.serve with cocktail or tartar
sauce.
