Recipe:

MUSSELS KRAYFISH:2lbs.mussels[medium size],1 jar marinara
sauce[1lb.10oz].oregano,cayenne pepper, loaf of Italian bread.wash mussels in
cold water and cut off"whiskers"with scissors.steam or boil in a covered pot
with about a 1/2 in.water until shells open[do not overcook].reserve
liquid.remove one shell from each piece and discard.place each shell with meat
on a large cookie pan[with lip].spoon or syringe reserved liquid over the
mussels.[enough to fill each shell]spoon marinara sauce over each piece.sprinkle
oregano and cayenne pepper[to taste]over the rows of mussels.bake in 350 degree
oven for 20 minutes.serve with Italian bread.good for dipping in the overflow
sauce in the pan.
