PONCH'S BALSAMIC STRIPER:
Take a fresh or thawed piece of stiper and first rub extra virgin olive oil on
both sides.  Then rub balsamic vinegar on both sides as well.  Season both sides
with salt and pepper to taste.  You can also season the fillet with garlic
powder or onion powder if you like...me, I like!  Let sit in a container or on a
dish while you heat your grill up.  Once the grill is heated, place the fillet
on the grill and cook until the entire fillet is white and breaks apart.  Be
careful with the fillet on the grill, its gonna stick a little.  Once done,
remove from grill, place it on a dish and break it apart into chunks.  Drizzle
the pieces with balsamic vinegar to taste.  Enjoy.
For those of you who like a stronger vinegar taste, you can simply allow the
fillet to marinate in more vinegar for a half of an hour.
