[b]Rott-n-Striper for 2[/b]

1/2 cup of Spanish onions diced
1/4 cup garlic cloves diced
2 tbs. fresh chopped parsley
1/4 stick butter
2 nice splashes of x-tra virgin olive oil
1 cup of water
1 wok pan with lid - or large deep frying pan
8 thick pieces of striper taken from rib cage area (2" chunks)
2 servings of cooked angel hair pasta
Salt,pepper,crushed red pepper to taste
Add olive oil and butter into medium heated wok. Mix in onions and garlic till
onions start browning. Add striper, brown both sides of striper. Add 1 cup of
water and lower heat to low. Put lid on wok and let it simmer for 20-25
minutes. Remove striper and place over a small bed of angel hair pasta, pour
wok remains (sauce) over the striper and pasta. Then sprinkle with some parsley,
salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper. Serve with a glass of wine...
