Stripped Bass Cheese Broil:
Broil Bass as would normally, when fish is 95%
cooked through remove from oven. Spread ample amounts of grated cheddar ( the
sharper the better) to the top of the fish. Add chopped spinach and tomatoes,
for presentation as well as flavor, finish broiling, remove and serve. Your bass
will not only look great but of course taste great as well. Thanks to the mate
