Recipe:

Stripers Italian:
2 lbs. of striped bass cut into cubes about 2" and approx.1" thick
Wishbone Italian dressing
Garlic power-to taste
Cracked pepper-to taste
Old bay seasoning -to taste
Crushed red pepper seed-to taste (be careful-gets hotter when you cook them)
Goya brand Adoboa purpose seasoning -to taste
lemon juice-to taste
Start by mixing all the above ingredients in a plastic or glass bowl except for
the Italian dressing -DO NOT USE METAL- Add enough dressing to make the fish
moist and to hold on all the seasonings. Let this marinate for 1/2 hr. Get a
cast iron frying pan,melt about 4 tablespoons of butter.Let the butter get good
and hot-BUT DO NOT BURN THE BUTTER- Add fish,make sure you turn the fish
often,you want to sauté the fish,not fry them.You might have to add more
dressing when cooking the fish till its nice and flaky.-DO NOT OVERCOOK THE
FISH-VERY IMPORTANT!!  Put the fish in a bowl,serve with some italian bread
for dipping in the sauce,and get ready for some great eating!!!
