Stuffed Tog (Blackfish)
1 lb. Crabmeat
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1-2 tsp. seafood seasoning (Old Bay)
8 Tog filets
4 pats butter
salt & pepper-to taste
dash of paprika
Pick cartilage from Crabmeat and rinse well.  Combine Crabmeat, mayonnaise and
seafood seasoning, gently mix.  Rinse Tog filets and pat dry.  Place a Tog filet
on a broiling pan (cookie sheet), layer Crabmeat mixture over top.  Place
another Tog filet over Crabmeat mixture.  Sprinkle with salt, pepper and
paprika.  Place a pat of butter on top of each filet and broil for 7-10 minutes
or until fish flakes with a fork at the thickest part of the filet.  Can also
cook this on a BBQ grill---cooking time is about 20 minutes.
