Tuna-ka-bobs  
3-4 lbs fresh tuna steaks cubed, 20 - 30 button mushrooms, 2
zucchini slice 1/2inch, red onion wedged, red and yellow bell peppers wedged, and
cherry tomatoes.  marinade all ingredients in your favorite Italian dressing for
6 - 8 hrs, place on skewers sprinkle with TONY CHACHERE'S seasoning and grill
over medium heat on your outdoor grill and baste ka-bobs with excess marinade as
they cook! to change it up a little you can use your favorite blackening
seasoning!! when veggies start to brown on the out side, your tuna will be done
to a nice pink shade on the inside........enjoy
