Making a transition from back-bay to lakes so I can enjoy more time on the water and be safer as I get older. Haven't had much luck in a few local spots, but I haven't gotten out early either. I have a good assortment of gear, but I could use a few tips on bassing this time of year. Any thoughts?
Are you fishing from a boat? Try throwing a wacky or Texas rigged worm. Its still a Summer Pattern but that will change soon. Once the water stars cooling down moving baits will catch a ton of bass.
Water is cooling down. You have Parvin and Rainbow near you. Some of the best spots for bigger bass.
Fall time bass from
Rainbow and Parvin a few years ago....
