Default Johnson Pond - Dennisville, NJ 10/25

Took the day off last Friday (10/25) and hit up johnson pond on my kayak.
Fished from about 9:45-2:30 or so. Water was reading around 59 degrees, skies mostly cloudy, wind was dead calm to a little breeze blowing from the south west.

I threw a little bit of everything. Started with a dartspin 3d thinger and got some action with it and a few pickerel. Then some spinner baits which got more pickerel... soft plastics, moreeee pickerel. Then switched to a micro jig with a little paddle tail trailer. Enter the perch, just about every cast landed me a perch.

Couldnt find the bass but a nice day on the lake with lot of action.

Nice report, thanks. I don't see ramp there on G Maps.
I don't always know what I want, but I usually know what I don't want.

I use to fish that pond a lot 40 years ago, they stocked it with Trout and there were some very nice Bass in there along with yellow Perch..But very few Pickerel back then in that pond..
