Things have changed but CMNJ is still a great place to get away and relax. Dont believe me? Go visit Ocean City MD. Its like a big city on the water..

Cape May is still a great place to vacation and to live. I have rented the house before I moved down and always had good renters and booking every week that wanted to. Three blocks from the beach shouldn't be too bad even if I did put it into the rental market later than I normally would. With the interest rates so low I can hold it as and investment and might consider putting a second floor adding three more bedrooms and a couple more baths.

Granted, Fishing isn't as good as it use to be, but there is still enough fish around to have some fun.

You are going to need to get your hands on one, the tying is easy the set up is involved. It is distributed by Umpqua.
