bucktailing

I was recently introduced to light bucktailing and am looking for a new rod and reel. I would like it to be a 6' to 6.6' medium graphite rod able to throw a 3/8 to 1 oz bucktail on 10 lbs braid. I have a budget around $70. Thanks for your opinions, NEW1126
