ok so whats the rule the river and bay I thought was 3/01 open. the ocean is open all year out to 3 mile limit.

striper season opens on 3/1. I don't fish the delaware river, but I think the regs are you can't keep any stripers caught North of the Commodore barry bridge.

2 fish 28" or bigger- From Calhoun Street Bridge upstream - Open year-round

NJ opens on March 1st river and bay.
