Yea blue and white sounds good Joe!!! Pink and white and zuchinni are good colors also... If you get a chance, try making me a really big cedar plug for trolling

Im new to building, i just have a couple questions for you real quick. What do you use to through drill? When do you through drill? when you just have a square piece or after your done on the lathe?

i use a drill press with a 5/32 hardened bit. its abot 6 inches long.. after finding center on ur block of wood i drill about 4 inches in on both sides..then after i have completed everything ie. filling holes drilling eyes and hook holes than a final sand. i then cut the plug off the blank. after that i drill the holes the rest of the way through. i this helps some
