If this is true, we will no longer be able to fish in the USA. 
If a mass media type like ESPN (which is owned by the liberal minded Disney) would take a position and write about it, it must be something that has a real chance of Obama signing and stopping all of us from being able to fish. Please go to this thread in the Home Port and read the ESPN article - then sign on.
