There are bass around BUT they are tough to get, only bite I've had is at sunrise or sunset,tide doesn't seem to matter EXCEPT on the high tide they seem to be in shallow water
Poppers and Rattletraps have been working along sodbanks BUT eels are getting biggest fish IF you can stay away from the damn little Bluefish

ya they are there but tough to get to bite, we do our best at night on an out going tide.most of the fish are 16"-22" good luck fishing
