I accidentally posted this in the "Tackle Box" forum too. I'm from Chester County, PA, and they haven't stocked too many places for a while. Does anyone have some tips to lure out those hard to catch leftovers in this cold water?

This time of year they are hungry. A third of a nightcrawler, corn, power bait, nymph patterns, I will use pieces of nightcrawler.

I will definitely try some natural bait next time, and I'll be heading over to Scotts Run Lake because that was the last place stocked near me--thanks!

I usually don't fly fish so I would have never thought of the wooly bugger, but I think that can be used on regular spin casters with the float so I'll try it out

As of yesterday, alot of French Creek's deeper holes were still frozen over, and Scott's Run was still thick enough to ice fish on so I'll try Stony Creek next. Thanks for all the tips
