Got my National Saltwater Angler Registry card in the mail today, about a weeks turn around since I registered. A State Fishing License is Just around the corner I'm sure.

Got mine and it's so pretty. Nice retro black and white style. Has some pretty logos on it. Not only my first and last name, but my middle name too, not just the initial, but the whole middle name! Don't know about the rest of you, but it made my week.

Thinking about maybe framing it, or maybe getting a tatoo to remember it by.

They put my whole middle name on it Too!!!!.....geez The only people who use my middle name were my MOM and DAD....when I was in trouble!!!..
I like the Tatoo Idea,...cant loose it in the Surf that way...lol

Didn't get it. Not going to get it. I will never buy a salt water license. Sorry I refuse. My boat will be for sale in the spring.

I've been growing more and more frustrated with fishing regulations and costs over the past few years. I'm done with it. Sad but true. My kids will not be around fishing and boating the way I was growing up.

10 years ago I lived for fishing and was on the water 100+ days a year. Over the past 2 years I've completely lost interest. This national registration and licensing BS is the final straw.
