Anyone ever have any luck chumming, was gonna try and have a go at it this weekend coming up for stripers. Then maybee for flounder too.

ya man... Chum away and stay in your spot full swing, just make sure you mark them before you dedicate yourself, you should be in pretty quick- most of the times you just get whole surf clams and bat a few out when you settle and throw the shells in as you shuck ... Additional chum will never hurt and it's always a good idea early in the season to set rods out for the both species at the same time... Good luck

Clam bellies... buy a bucket, crush them up and make some soup in a big rubbermaid, ladel it out and drop some clam baits back in the slick. Very scientific.

In answer to the title - Yeah - on night blue fishing trips until I discovered the Transdermal Scope patch! :D
