i have tried to vacuum bag freezing them.dont work.soft after a slow defrost.BUT using them to grind up for chum WORKS,used 2.5 gallon buckets filled to top and stuck in freezer saves $$$$ and 1 2.5 last about 4hrs in 45-50 degree water(transfered over to a 5 gallon bucket with holes drilled in bottom and sides)or chum bag.chum bag will defrost faster,i like a slow release,my freezer is set @ 25f.if you can get fresh will save $$$ for chunking.

*fresh frozen*

its always best to have fresh bunker, but if you freeze the bunker while they are still fresh and not after they have sat in a cooler full of water all day they will make for nice chunks later.
