Up for grabs, an Arrigoni Samson Post including a removable cutting board.

Higher res pictures available here:

A brand new Arrigoni Samson Post costs $750, but this one is not new. Is complete and in good shape, upholstery is OK, but is showing its age. Stainless is in good shape, not dented or scratched up in any way. Asking $250, open to offers. Please email [email protected].

If Al has sold that one , I have a new, never-used Arrigoni/Samson Post for sale as well. It can be seen in Cape May at F&S Marine. Call or e-mail me.

Lowered the price by $100. Somebody surely can use this unit.

I wouldn't see why not. But IMHO, if you were hooked up with something big enough to require a 130, I doubt very much that you'd want to be standing up.

I have a friend who wanted to put a small chair on the bow of his CC. Not sure how that post works but it might be a better alternative to a chair and cheaper. Does it completely support the rod like if it was in striking pole holder?

The unit is designed for the rod to be worked. There are two rod holders for leaving a rod unattended, but if you have it in the center of the stand, you will want to be holding on to the rod.

That said, I have never tried it myself... took it out of the cockpit the week after I bought my current boat.
