i went down this morning hopin that the recent reports of good flounder would come true for me. It didnt happen like that (lol). It was windy and cloudy when we got down there and the wind never ceased but the could broke and the sun shined wich made the day a whole lot nicer. We got there with 2 hours to high tid so i figured the best time to be had fishin would be the frst 2 hours of the trip. We didnt hook up with the firts flounder till about the 7th or 8th drift. Before that i was worried it would be my first skunk, its bound to happen but i dont want it to come when floundr are still around. The first fish was just 16.5 and a few drist later we came up with another 17 and then a 16.25 that i had to throw back. we stayed till 2 hours after outgoin with nothing more than a few little shorts to show but i had fun and ill be out there as soon as i can to pound em before they leave hopefully.
