I'm going to watch my son's baseball scrimage in Toms River tomorrow, and decided that I'd check out a map and google earth for a place to wet a line. I came across Cattus Island Park. Is the park easily fished and is it productive? Also, where can I get clams near there? I have never been there, so info would be helpful. I had thought about driving into Seaside Heights and looking for a good beach spot, but I think the ocean temps still look a little cold up that way.

Turns out I didn't it the game or fishing. To many chores to do before I head to Florida on Thursday. Thanks for the suggestions anyhow.
