Had a few hours to get out today.Didn't have alot of hope for a banner day, stong SE and a bottom of the tide plus grass that could choke an army of lawnmowers but I went anyway. It wasn't that the catchin was red hot but,it was pretty cool just watching a few stripers, weakfish, and blues working over a vast school of bay anchovies  .You could actually see the larger fish pass through bait fish with in 5ft of the boat[in only 2-3ft of water].I rose a few bass on white poppers only to be denied at the last few feet.I managed a few dependable blues but the weakfish were indifferent no matter what you threw at them, they didn't even change there swim pattern[spawning?] the weakfish were paired up always with another fish.Just goes to show you -just cause you not caching doesn't mean they are not there

23Parker, thanks for the report the water clarity has been amazing those sparklers will bite soon.
I always thought I'd catch more fish if I anchored up next to everyone else
