hi Larry just drive over bridge you will see my truck,my boat is in my yard waiting to get warranty work done on one of my motors, the power trim and tilt will not stay up.i am an outboard mech.but i have a warranty and will let them fix it .probably just air because it does not leak.boat name is the outcast.not sure if i can make casino on monday or not mostly in there on wed nite for wings.if i can make it how will i find you?i normally wear a suede cowboy hat and suede coat,if you see that it is me come say hi Louis
Can you tell me if the ramp at the marina on Osborn Island is open for launching? My brother has a house on Osborn and I am thinking about keeping my boat their for the next few weeks to check it out until my marina opens .
Another one here from Mystic
Live over on Lake Superior just before Osborne,
you know the poorer section of town.
Usally hit the casino a couple of times a week, food specials to hard to pass up.
hey lightwave i lived on south spinnaker for 9 years before i moved to osborne island.i lived in the last house on the right just as you start the turn around.i left over 7000 clams at that dock probably big now but they are thick.i have caught all kinds of fish in the end of that lagoon.i am going to try to be at mystic casino tomorrow for wings brown suede cowboy hat is me.Louis
Hi crojo did not know there was a poor section in mystic.just look at your taxes they will tell you how poor you are.i probably have the smallest house on osborne.and i would rather be on your side of the bridge it is quieter than having cars blast by your house 60 miles an hour with music so loud my windows vibrate.but i am a native (piney) been here for 50 years.born here and will probably die here, which is ok by me.louis
Lightwave....not really. I run a 21 ft HydraSports and although near the mouth of the lagoon it gets shallow at low water for about a 80 yard stretch...I have never not been able to get in and out....kick a little mud sometimes but I just trim up....I do wish they would dredge that part though....
Instead of fishing this weekend myself and a few other people from our side of Radio Rd are going to be walking a pettion around to try to get the town to dredge some of the worst sections. At low tide S. Ensign can't get out, or if they can, suck up alot of mud. I can't get out period. This year looks worse than last year. The entrance to Big Creek is probably 30 feet wider than last year and I sewar all the mud that fell in wound up beneath my dock.
Aparently no oone can read the NO Wake sign. The wakes are knocking the hell out of the banks.
