From what I can tell, this course is required even for a boat with just a trolling motor, I checked around a few websites and there are not many classes around me, anyone know of places in camden/gloucester county having classes in March?

Other question: Once I go through this class, is that it for a lifetime?

I don't know about NJ but you can do Pa's online
