that is correct just google pa boating safety course i think it's the 1st one to pop up just make sure you have time to take it it's like 9 mini course with a video and practice test after each video and after all sections are done you take the final exam its pretty much common sense you get 3 chance to past the final exam you can do it over a couple of days but if you do it all the same day its easier to remeber all the answers they give you the same questions in the practice test after each section

CAPE MAY - Boating Safety Courses are offered at the U.S. Coast Guard Training Center, Cape May from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturdays on the following Dates:
March 17, March 31, April 28, May 12, May 26, June 16, June 30, July 7, July 21, & August 4.
This course is required for all Vessel Operators and Personal Water Craft operators in the State of New Jersey and offered by USCG Auxiliary – Flotilla 82, Cape May.
Cost: $45. Lunch provided.
