I just got back from my honeymoon in Aruba, we did a half day bottom fishing trip. We caught a lot of squirrelfish, thats what the aruba native called them, one small grouper, two small yellowtail and lots of this other small fish. I don't know the name because I couldn't understand what the guide was calling it. They fish very light tackle. We were using light/medium spinning rods with a 1/2 oz. weight and a small hook you would use for catching bluegill. It was fun because you were catching different species. When we got back to the dock another charted had caught a wahoo and a barracuda. The teeth on the cuda were unreal. Anyway had a great trip, but I still like bottom fishing better here.
