Bottom painting near TI/Avalon/Cape May CH area

Need center console bottom painted... can do in my driveway or I can tow to get work done. Does anyone have Captain Phil's contact info? Didn’t use him last year but think he is the closest and his works has received great reviews in the past. Thanks in advance.
