Payout, etc

Hey Guys, I am not running the tourney, I posted this for Joe who is. The reason they raised the entry is because you are going to get a T-shirt (usually sold for $15) and you automatically get a ticket for the door prizes. He said they have several nice prizes this year. As for the payout, I think what they do is take out their expenses plus some extra (it's a fund raiser for the club) and whack up the rest usually to the top 5. It's always $500 or more to win, and the lunker is usually $600-$800. So it all depends on the number of boats. Regardless it's a GREAT time. Also included in the price is a nice BBQ afterwards. (plus a free comedy show put on by the Trainor, Trexler team :D ) Hope to see all my ol' buddies there.:)

My boat is at Barnacle Bills right now, but as long as I have it back by then you can count me in. I have never fished in this tournament before, but I know some of the guys in the club from hunting and the DU banquet. So if these guys are in the same "state of mind" as the dinner, I know it should be a pretty good time haha.
